Who we are

This site is run by Fluid Silicon Inc. ("Fluid Silicon"), a company organized in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA. Contact us about privacy at info@fluidsilicon.com.

What we collect

• Demo requests: name, work email, company, role, the FPGA families you run, fleet size, industry, goals, timeline and your message.
• Job applications: name, email, optional phone, location, role, start date, school details for internships, links you share, your note, your answers to two work-authorization questions and your résumé.
• Browsing: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

How we use it

Demo requests are used only to arrange and follow up on the demo you asked for. Applications are used only to review you for the role you applied to. We don't sell personal information, share it outside Fluid Silicon or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are processed with Google Apps Script and stored in our Google Workspace account, on servers in the United States. This site is hosted by GitHub, which may keep standard server logs. Only the people who handle demo requests or hiring can see what you send us.

How long we keep it

Applications: we keep your application for one year after the hiring decision, the period United States employment recordkeeping rules require, then delete it. If you ask us to keep it on file for future roles, we keep it for up to two years from that request. If you are hired, it becomes part of your employment record.

Demo and contact requests: we keep them while we are in contact with you and for up to two years after our last exchange, then delete them.

You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us by emailing info@fluidsilicon.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.
